As a top five CRO, we have worked on 100+ marketed drugs across several therapeutic areas and conducted the pivotal or supportive trials that led to FDA and/or international regulatory approval of 45+ such drugs.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Associate to work within our busy Czech based facilities team. You will support both the building and our employees through the following:

• Providing support to employees through the Facilities Helpdesk
• Arranging couriers
• Post room activities
• Providing reception cover when required
• Organising stationary orders and the printing of business cards
• Providing assistance in space planning and reorganization within the offices
• Having an understanding of the heating, lighting and Air Conditioning functions within the building

Information about the selection process

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and have excellent interpersonal, organizational and IT skills. Experience within a within a facilities environment would be an advantage but is not essential. You will have a proactive nature and not be afraid to take the initiative when required.
