Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibility

Providing agreed HR administration for defined HR activities, i.e. new starters, changes, leavers
Follow processing instructions and use of specified templates or other tools to ensure accuracy
Maintain the HR Oracle system of any employee changes ensuring accurate reporting
Provide documents and other outputs as per agreed cut off dates
Input and maintain the PPG HR database systems
Production of weekly, monthly and annual KPI/other reports as required
Support ad hoc projects when instructed by the HR SSC Team Leader

Requirements

Some experience of HR administration preferred
Language skills according to countries supporting
Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
A clear and concise communicator ensuring strong relationships are built with all customers.
Ability to work accurately and attention to detail at all times with attention to SLA timescales.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work in a fast pace changing environment
