Head of Procurement

Manage department of Procurement (lead of 2 subordinates)
Responsible for the spare part warehouse, inventory, purchase orders, content of purchase orders
Supplier selection, RFQ process and negotiations
Looking for new suppliers, market search, especially Slovak market and East Europe
Procurement of spare parts, services, investments, civil work, steel construction, mechanical service, electrical service, using of European group contracts, repairing of machines/equipments
Operation of spare parts and material warehouse
Identification of areas for improvements
Optimizing costs and stock
Participating on optimization projects
Cooperation with other local departments
Cooperation with corporate purchasing department and cooperation with other local procurement departments
Regular communication with headquarters (Corporate procurement)
Creation and reviews of procurement procedures
