Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Local coordination of tasks under the responsibility of Actuarial Department (with support of Chief Actuary operating in Prague):
- Assessment of technical reserve for local GAAP & consolidated reporting
- Insurance liabilities and SCR assessment (under Solvency II)
- Pricing of insurance products and follow up the risk profile evolution due to new product development
- Underwriting risk & liability credit risk monitoring
- Support to Risk management function for risk monitoring, capital planning, ORSA report preparation & SCR assessment
- Contribution to maintenance of Actuarial methodologies and procedures
- Actuarial projections related to Budget & financial planning
- Guarantee the interaction with the auditor and/or regulator
- Perform studies related to ALM, Liability Adequacy Tests, Ad-hoc analysis at the request of management

Represents the Actuarial Department within the company local management meetings
Contributes to the development of actuaries of his/her team by identifying the key required competencies, define training needs for improvement
Perform the yearly appraisal process of the Actuarial Department team members (supported by Regional Actuary and Chief Actuary).

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Actuarial science and/or statistics and/or mathematics & finance

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
