Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our development team we are looking for person who will be mainly responsible for:

- handling incoming bug reports and change requests, keeping the reporter informed about status and resolution

- communication with development team in Slovakia and Ukraine

- testing of resolved issues and changes, giving feedback to developers

- documenting existing and new features of IT systems for end users

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate

- knows English language in written and spoken form, basics of German language are welcomed

- has ability to understand technical principles of websites and e-commerce

- is responsible and can work independently, without need of micromanagement
