Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical center in Lozorno is the main engineering center in Central Europe for Exterior Business Group. We are developing brand new products (bumpers, tailgates, spoilers) for premium customers.
As a Packaging Engineer you will closely cooperate with our suppliers to develop our packaging and will ensure it fulfills the customers’ needs.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Develop detailed plans for internal packaging and finished product packaging during new product launch.
• Calculate necessary packaging investments to make sure it fits the launch budget.
• Prepare and deploy Design to Pack strategy during Development phase of new product.
• Work with the packaging supplier to design, develop and deliver an efficient packaging ranging from inbound boxes to specialized JIT racks and Special Equipment

2️⃣ Once you have passed the first stage, you will be invited to a first interview with Hana and your future manager to discuss the position, the company and your career path in more detail. This interview can be done remotely.
3️⃣ And finally, a second and final face-to-face interview with your future manager and the HR manager of the site to continue the discussion and to answer all your questions. A role-play can be performed during this interview.
