Plastic Omnium Technical center in Lozorno is the main engineering center in Central Europe for the Division Auto Exterior. We are developping brand new products, for our premium customers.
Job description
The Paint engineering team leader belongs to the manufacturing department and therefore reports to the BUCE (business unit central Europe) Process Performance Manager. His main missions are:
- Management of the paint process engineering team based in Lozorno (SK) and in Gliwice (PL)
- Insuring strict application by himself and by his team of the safety rules & regulations
- Conceiving and implementing the paint process organization in Slovak and Polish facilities in the respect of Quality, Cost, Lead time using PO standards and tools
- He is responsible for the deployment of standards (quality procedures, PO standards, PO tools).
- Maintaining good relationship with Sigmatech, the know-how center located in France
