Customer Success Analytics & Insights manager

We are seeking a data specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and seeks to make a significant impact on our core product while leading the customer insights domain. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and methodologies to provide actionable insights, strategize, define, package, and present data-driven solutions to our clients.

As a part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with clients across various industries. Together, we aim to understand and translate their business queries into data metrics that address their needs. You will work at the intersection of clients, their business requirements, and the Placesense data team. Additionally, you will contribute to product development with your feedback and insights gathered from client projects.

Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management:

• Onboard and increase client knowledge/usage through regular interaction, ensuring understanding of data and engaging usage to derive insights.

• Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn by taking ownership of managing a diverse portfolio of existing clients.

• Prepare dashboards based on client specifications, ensuring full client onboarding and accurate data delivery.

Data Analysis and Business Insights:

• Analyze generated data and reports to extract valuable business insights based on customer briefings.

• Collaborate with the data team on ad-hoc projects utilizing SQL/Python expertise, in addition to delivering standard platform dashboards.

• Package insights effectively and present them to customers in a compelling manner.

Product Development:

• Aggregate customer feedback and contribute to productizing automated insights, enhancing Placesense offerings.

Location Intelligence Expertise:

• Develop Location Intelligence expertise in verticals such as Retail, Out of Home Advertising, and Smart Cities.
