Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• management of end_to_end recruitment process across the whole business and two markets (Czech & Slovak) using direct and indirect sourcing
• development and deployment of effective and efficient recruitment strategies
• recruitment capability building of line managers through training and coaching
• development of Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition
• implementation of TA strategic goals & plans (e.g. junior talent pipeline, university relations, diversity programs etc.)

• University degree, preferably in human resources or other relevant discipline
• 5+ years of specialist experience either in personnel agency (ideally executive search company) or corporate environment (preferably FMCG area)
• working experience in an international environment would be considered as an asset
• solid knowledge of talent acquisition / recruitment tools
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• enthusiastic, pro_active and self_driven personality
• focus on delivery and ability to manage demanding stakeholders
• proficiency in English and Czech (or Slovak) is essential
