Commercial Capability Manager (Learning and Development)

Learning and Development Manager for Commercial Capabilities supports business priorities through the delivery of the full L&D Cycle for the Commercial functions for both markets - Czech and Slovak (Plzenský Prazdroj and Pivovary Topvar). Is accountable for providing L&D interventions that meet function needs and priorities aligned to the market L&D plan. Supports functional managers, HRBP’s and in-function L&D teams in building capability.

• Lead the development of commercial capabilities of the organisation, as one of the key enablers of commercial strategy.
• Implements commercial competencies model and define the key outputs and action plans.
• Develops, in conjunction with Global L&D and implements agreed training solutions within the Learning & Development Centre (i.e. Sales Academy, Key Account development, Marketing way, etc).
• Ensures support to local customized training modules (where agreed) for Sales Force needs.

• University degree in Humanities, Economics, Marketing or a High School Diploma
• Commercial Learning and Development experience
• Senior Commercial experience is preferable /either trade marketing or sales , preferably in a FMCG/Blue Chip company
• Experience leading the identification and development organisational capability strategy and plan
• Excellent Business acumen, outstanding stakeholder, relationship management, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in English and Czech (or Slovak) is essential (verbal and written)
• PC Skills
