Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an IT Support Apprentice with some IT experience. However, the IT experience is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be working with the Support team at Pipeliner CRM in Bratislava. The focus is on supporting our US based clients with their technical difficulties with Pipeliner app and writting technical articles about our Pipeliner software.
If you decide to follow this career path, you will be responsible for:
› Troubleshooting of Pipeliner CRM -
https://www.pipelinersales.com/
› Basic Windows, Apple administration (PC’s, iMac’s) regarding our app
› Basic Phone troubleshooting (Android as well as iPhone) regarding our app
› Communication with customers and partners
› Working shifts due to US based clientele
› Creation of system documentation and cooperation with other departments (Development, Sales, Customer Success)
