Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Business Development Representative candidates with 1-2 years of work experience to join our growing sales team at Pipeliner CRM. The focus is on supporting our sales teams with more leads. What is a lead? We develop Pipeliner CRM software in Bratislava and a lead is a potential customer that will be using (buying) Pipeliner CRM software. It means that your job will be looking for those potential customers using various data sources.

Moreover, this is a brand new division of our company located here in Bratislava. If you are having sales and marketing experience, great communication skills, you increase your chances of building and leading your own team in the future.

If you decide to follow this career path, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new leads for your Pipeliner CRM sales team around the world.
- Qualifying and disqualifying leads in a high-volume environment using lead generation tools, email, and LinkedIn.
- Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
- Represent our brand as the first point of contact between decision makers, and influencers.
- Help us improve our lead qualification process by using data to develop creative solutions.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing field.
• Your English must be fluent as you will be in direct daily communication with our sales team especially in United States.
• Passion, energy, and enthusiasm.

• Basic sales process overview - leads, opportunities, deal tracking and reporting.
• Work experience from startup/small to midsize companies.
