Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for experienced Lean/World Class Manufacturing Project Consultant who will analyse production procedures and routines in daily care of pig production at our farms and who will make proposals for better planning and organising the production with aim to reach better production efficiency. The employment set up will be for full time but definite period until end of project according to mutual agreement (e.g. 6-12 month).

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Driving licence

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

• 3+ years practical experiences in a role responsible for Lean/WCM implementation
• Professional experience especially helpful in the field of Lean, Six Sigma
• Knowledge of production operations, agricultural experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to critically analyse and evaluate processes and production efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which include building rapport and maintaining relationships across all levels of production
• Results oriented with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of sources
• Project management experiences
• Ability to see the big picture translating details into an organizational perspective
• Knowledge and strong working competence in MS Office toolset
• Driving licence B and time/space flexibility (travelling to different farms, staying in the field for couple of days if necessary)
• English and Slovak is a must, Hungarian language is a big advantage
