Piano Media Account Manager

We are currently searching for a new member to become part of our team as an account manager responsible for customer relationship management with our partners and customers.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with publishers who are running the Piano Solo platform and upselling new features, analytics consulting and subscriber retention strategies.
• Managing online marketing and promotions to increase subscriber base.
• Helping publishers learn from best practices, by transferring knowledge, analyses and best practices about content monetization and subscription purchase conversions to publishers.
• Analyzing publisher subscriber trends and producing analysis and reports using Piano’s tools and Google Analytics.
• Identifying improvements to the product based on feedback from publishers, and working with business development and product development to increase sales and enhance the product’s features & functionality.
• Identifying new content sources (publishers or increasing content)

Fluent English is a must, advanced German or Spanish are an advantage.
