Príbeh Photoneo sa začal písať v roku 2013, kedy štyria kamaráti prišli s myšlienkou dať robotom oči. Vďaka očiam sú schopné nielen vnímať, ale aj porozumieť tomu, čo vidia.

Keď boli roboty schopné vidieť svet, a zároveň mu porozumieť, prišli sme s myšlienkou dať im nohy, aby mohli objavovať priestor nielen virtuálne, ale aj fyzicky.

Vyvinuli sme tak vlastnú samojazdiacu platformu, nohy robota, čím sme im umožnili pohybovať sa po priestore.

About this role

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless customer experiences and troubleshooting technical issues? Are you someone who thrives on taking ownership of support processes and making continuous improvements?

As a Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Brightpick installation process and providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include owning the support process, tracking and managing tickets, and analyzing incidents to deliver accurate responses and suggestions.

Team Leader of Special Operations & Deployment

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the support process and make adjustments when necessary
  • Keep track of all tickets raised from Brightpick installation internally and from customer representatives according to team’s SLAs
  • Analyze incidents from logs, videos and bags and provide accurate responses and suggestions to the local team members based on the results
  • Keep track of major incidents and system outages and ensure proper investigation by L3 teams
  • Report all incidents outside of L2 tier scope to development teams and keep track of their activities to resolve the given problem
  • Collaborate with other teams to help research and resolve problems
  • Keep track of spare parts on each site to guarantee on-time stock replenishment
  • Create documentation for processes and procedures
  • Schedule service team visits when needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with support or other process based role and/or highly analytically oriented individual with experience in robotics / other sophisticated hardware components
  • Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing software
  • Degree in STEM field
  • English B2-C1
  • Slovak C1
