Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply orders, assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Cooperating with the external, public institutions, banks, legal firms (preparation of management reports, shareholder meetings and other regarding administration)
- Cooperating with the outside companies and preparing accounting records (preparing bank, invoices, sales invoices costs, petty cash)
- Recording business transactions
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information (invoices and payments)

- An university degree
- Fluent in English
