PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented people to join our Purchase-to-Pay project in Krakow, Poland. You will have the chance to drive development and enhancement of Finance functionality within Global Purchase-to-Pay solution. You will need to connect the dots: a challenge, which requires cross-departmental collaboration, perseverance and thorough understanding of financial processes and systems.
As an Executive P2P Process & Solution Development you will:
• Enhance a core model to incorporate missing functionalities including identification of requirements, process design and testing and follow-up on implementation
• Participate in preparation to new releases by software solution provider including analysis of documentation and evaluation of key changes
• Ensure integrity of core model during roll-out across different countries, conduct impact assessments and propose process / design adaptation where required
• Make inputs for communication and training on newly available features and provide support through training, knowledge development and complex issue resolution

• An energetic, driven for results professional with a university degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• A fluent English speaker with extensive work experience in Finance in a multinational company/ international business environment.
• An individual with deep understanding of Finance processes and systems. Experience with e-Invoicing will be additional asset.
• Skilled user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and SAP system functionalities related to business processes.
• Fast learner with continuous improvement mindset and very good analytical and organizational skills, to handle projects and work under strict deadlines.
• An effective collaborator able to deal with various projects and stakeholders at different levels in organization.
