Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The job content includes:

Sales forecasting - ensure accuracy, develop and share the knowledge of the processes in order to improve the forecasting performance
Inventory management – monitoring and management of stock to ensure optimal product availability, coordination of logistic from factories
Product portfolio - managing current portfolio, master data and pricing set-up
Participate with other departments in pricing strategies
Loss On Goods Destroyed – solving situations regarding destructed products and ensuring minimal loss
Fiscal stickers’ management – ordering, transport to factories and stock management, reporting compliance of fiscal stickers’ usage, cooperation with relevant authorities office in order to manage disposal of fiscal stickers in line with legal requirements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Driving licence

B

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements which you need to have:

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Advanced English knowledge - C1
2 years experience with reporting and analyses is a must
Supply chain experience big advantage
Communication & negotiation skills
Action oriented
Organizational skills
To be able to work independently
Driving licence - B category
