You will have a unique chance to help us to build Philip Morris International’s future on smoke-free products that are a much better choice than cigarette smoking. We are looking for skilled regional sales manager to support the launch of new smoke-free product, and drive and secure an effective conversion of all Legal Age Smokers from traditional cigarettes to this new product within Zilina region.
What would be your role?
* Establishing and managing the operation of the City Hub (regional office responsible for deploying of new smokeless product ), preparing and evaluating city plans, managing the budget to deliver planned KPI´s and allocating tools and resources
* Translating the local strategy for the City Hub conversion of adult smokers and plans, cascading targets and KPI´s for the team members
* Managing, leading and motivating a team of the Hub => sales force responsible for launching new products and conversion of adult smokers to new product
* Supervising all adult smokers conversion activities and initiatives, searching for new opportunities for consumer conversion, supporting subordinates in possible communities identification
* Maintaining cooperation with the third party (external service provider) on local level, proposing and implementing improvements in mutual cooperation, participating in selection of new team members
* Checking and approving the final monthly results of the third party as a base for their remuneration
* Cooperating closely with the Business to Business (B2B) Manager in identification and utilization of B2B opportunities, activities
