Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Research, collect and compile information for Sales & Distribution Department.
- Produce written, tabular and visual materials for measuring success of activities.
- Assist Sales & Distribution Department in maintenance of databases, data and digital platforms.
- Provide assistance to the Sales & Distribution team in the area of internal communication (reports preparation, publishing content on the Intranet and share point, project meetings, etc.).
- Assist in organizing meetings and events.
- Carry out administrative tasks
Requirements:
- University student – 4th or 5th year of daily studies in school year 2016/2017 (preferred field of study: business management, marketing)
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – experienced user
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
