Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

  • Implementation, maintenance and support of IT services and components in area of end-user support and Knowledge management.
  • Trainings of internal customers at HQ and sales offices across Slovakia.
  • Analyzing business requirements, transformation into specifications and definitions of technical solutions.
  • Coordination of activities with internal (end users, business partners, peers, support staff, global service providers) and external (3rd party suppliers, consultants, external service providers) parties.
  • Support and administration of collaborative tools. Storing, sharing and publishing of corporate information on company website.
  • Participation in local and global projects, active cooperation with central functions on support and delivery of global services.
  • Consistent enforcement of the company’s principles and practices, information security procedures and guidelines.
  • Preparation and maintenance of IT documentation.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • University degree in Engineering / Economics / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT
  • Slovak or Czech native speaker, fluency in English (B2 level)
  • Min. 2 years work experience in IT
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2013 tools
  • Experience with Sharepoint, ITIL or Project management is an advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, customer orientation, teamwork and cooperation, proactiveness, result orientation
