As a Management Trainee you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating, culturally rich, fun and international environment where you will be taking on challenging assignments early in your career before moving into a business role. Our goal is to create well rounded future leaders of our company and therefore Management Trainees will be given rotating assignments to gain insight into all aspect of the business.

Throughout the Management Trainee program you will be assigned to different projects and departments.
- You will collaborate with any relevant wider cross-functional team to successfully implement GCO services in assigned country/country cluster/B.U.
- You will work in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as Business Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Commercial, and Compliance.
- You will support the implementation of regional GCO projects, and share best practices across the regional/global GCO community

The starting assignment will be in Customer Events and Engagement Department. In this department you will be working on projects, processes & programs implementation under the GCO CE&E remit, supporting all countries in Cluster 1 - Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Hungary.

During this 2 years you will have the opportunity to learn about Pfizer and its departments, develop your skills, showcase the value you can bring to our organization and build connections and a network in the business.

Information about the selection process

The Management Trainee program is a 2 year program.

After these 2 years, you are expected to move to a permanent function in the Business or in GCO.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications:
- Master degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent degree
- We are looking for a management trainee, freshly graduated from university.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy) & numeric skills (Excel SQL and Access)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, ability to synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.
- Self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented working attitude
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables
- Good team player
- Language skills: fluent in local language and English.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables
- High level of client management skills
- Ability to operate within a multi-cultural environment
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
