Sales and Marketing Manager

This is what you can look forward to: This person is responsible for the growth and development of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare business in Slovakia. The primary responsibilities are to lead, motivate and develop team of Sales Representatives and drive execution of customer strategies and tactics. The colleague will also participate on development of strategic plans for OTC and RX products and their implementation within the market.

Your responsibilities include:

* Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of sales goals and profitability

* Regularly perform sales analyses to monitor the sales development and make recommendation for corrective measures

* Prepare sales forecast and participate in logistic and material management

* Lead, motivate and develop team of Sales Representatives
* Prepare individual sales targets and regularly review performance of all sales colleagues
* Built positive and professional relationship with key customers and pharmacy chains
* Cooperate with external key stakeholders (opinion leaders, government officials, etc.)
* Collect, collate and analyze relevant market information
* Assists in the development and implement marketing plans and projects based on knowledge of local market
* Edits materials according to specific market or customer requirements
