Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is what you can look forward to:
• Recognized as having a full administrative knowledge base and has accountability for taking action, following through and recommending change when needed
• Demonstrates working knowledge and skills regarding general administrative functions and performs, these in support of supervisor/staff (i.e. telephone, e-mail etiquette, MS Office, internet, Ariba, MAPP, Cross site access, supply/equipment ordering)
• Maintain calendars; make travel arrangements and schedule meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences for senior management and staff.
• Organizes visits (agenda, reservations, logistics)
• Order/maintain/operate routine office equipment (photocopiers/fax/audiovisual)
• Creates, composes and edits non-standard written material and responds to correspondence
• Creates and formats presentations, spreadsheets, and key documents
• Assist with recruiting including speaking with candidates and serving as a POC, interview arrangements (travel, seminar set-up, expense re-imbursement), family visits, coordinates with HR to arrange for relocation assistance
• May be involved in tracking Activity Tracking compliance and running reports; tracking travel approval, travel budgets
• Provides support to Clinical colleagues with Trial Master File filing and uploads, manages to Clinical Trail Registry updates
• Mainatin departmental Sharepoint space and Distribution lists
