Job description, responsibilities and duties

POSITION SUMMARY

Manages portfolio of products within a given market (therapeutical lines: endocrinology/urology)

• Craft and execute strategies to market for product portfolio (e.g., messaging, product grouping, relevant collateral, assess and prioritize, etc.)
• Develop local market life-cycle strategies (i.e. line extension, new indications) by collaborating with stakeholders in other Commercial Units
• Forecast and track portfolio performance (sales and supply)
• Develops channel-specific approaches for key customer segments (e.g., retail, hospitals, governments, etc.)
• Leverages Regional Leads, Commercial Solutions Center expertise, and TA expertise / content as needed
• Engage in brand-specific campaigns (e.g., reminder campaigns or occasional content refreshes)
• Provide market insights to relevant Senior Regional Leads
• Highlight and support opportunities for local partnerships, in collaboration with in-country CU Lead.
• Serves as local marketing expert for key non-HCP customer segments

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable
• Develop sales materials, execution of marketing strategy and portfolio POA
• Assess revenue potential for product portfolio
• Influence development of country sales targets, OP plan
• Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal
• Obtain final regulatory / legal approval of tactical portfolio plan
• Align with customer / Access plan
• Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
Shared Accountabilities
• Explore opportunities for cross-sell between EP and in-line products (w/ CBL and FF)
• Surface opportunities for value-add activities (with Customer Marketers in country)
• Identify and pursue opportunities for local deals (w/ in-country CU Lead)
• Development of revenue targets for portfolio

• Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
• Cross-functional brand leadership – across Field Force, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, etc
• Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization
• Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes

• 5+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
