Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Service delivery managers with fluent English and German language. Our client is well established IT company in Košice.

Job description:
• Identification of weaknesses in the service chain / service provision,
development and management of improvements
• Develop and control methods to manage the and international delivery structure coming from a holistic end to end view on the customer order
• Translating customer requirements into standardized service elements of the delivery
• Responsible for the implementation of delivery cost controlling to
safeguard the efficient service provision / operations
• Management and coordination of cross-departmental projects and special assignments
• Contact person for the clients in all aspects of service delivery
• Regular contacts with operational and managerial levels within the Group, external contacts with suppliers and customers at the operational level

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for candidates with:
• Ideally 2 years of relevant job experience with operation related responsibility and profit and loss responsibility for customers, accounts, orders coming from the respective budgets, cost monitoring, cost
optimization and cost management
• IT overview
• German - advanced and English – advanced

Personal abilities:
• Active assertive communication and presentation skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strongly team oriented
• Structured working approach, stress resistant
