Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical operations management of partial area (one customer or defined services) of the IT operation.
• To plan and control service provisioning in required time and quality in compliance with SLA.
• To act as operational interface between Service Chain Operations
Manager (SC OPM), demander/counterpart and operations for the
commissioned scope of the services of the particular service chain
• Plan and develop service improvement measures
• Communicate regularly with account owner/demander/SC OPM
regarding performance, quality and costs
• Monitor and control compliance with target parameters (OLA)
regarding operations & ITIL processes (INM, PRM, CHM, DOM) within the commissioned scope of the services
• Monitor and control completeness, quality and maintenance of data in configuration management database (CMDB)
Job specifics:
• Providing of required reports
• Improvement of operational processes
• Supporting of planned changes and INM/PRM
• Coordination of big changes
• Responsibility for compliance within agreed SLAs
• SPOC for escalation topics in relation to service scope
• Document management
