For our client - international manufacturing company we are looking for experienced Plant/Operations Manager that will be responsible for ONE Business Unit dedicated to engines and transmissions components production.
SUMMARY
* Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations with focus using most effective tools
* Improve/Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
* Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans
* Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes
* Conduct employee performance reviews
* Schedule and conduct plant meetings
* Responsible for the global quality of the plant
* Responsible for continuous improvement of all processes
* Responsible for developing and implementing of company culture in line with corporate group guidelines
Location of this job position is in the industrial park in east of Slovakia.
