Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Manage the call center to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center (outbound and inbound)
  • Responsible for the hiring, training, coaching employees, and leading call center staff
  • Manage all aspects of New Employee work-area set up, onboard process setup and coverage
  • Develop and implement best practices, policies and procedures to improve call center performance  and efficiency and provide excellent customer experiences
  • Set performance goals and targets for call center agents
  • Set reward and bonus system for call center agents
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and provide training opportunities
  •  Create personnel and supply budgets for approval
  •  Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

  • Previous experience in a call center as a manager or teamleader
  • Advanced English 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with leading and motivation a team
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience with managing a team of diverse call center representatives
  • Experience with hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring successful call center representatives
