Your tasks will be:
  • Recruiting and occupying positions for middle and senior management in various fields (Administrative support and management, Machine Engineering, Automotive, Trade and Business, Accounting and Finance, Marketing and PR, etc.)
  • Clients relationship management
  • Independent conducting of selection processes, reporting
  • Defining and creating job descriptions according to client's requirements
  • Searching for candidates in internal database, LinkedIn and job portals
  • Communication with candidates through social networks
  • Organizing personal meetings with candidates, assessment of applicants
  • Language testing of candidates
  • Preparing candidates for business meetings
  • Presentation of suitable candidates to the client
  • Negotiating contract conditions, salary rates and finalising contracts between clients and candidates
  • Participating in business activities of the company
  • Monitoring trends in the labour market

Personality requirements and skills

  • Previous work experience in the field of recruitment and selection of suitable candidates is an advantage
  • At least 3 years working experience (Finance, Production, Business, Administration)
  • Active knowledge of English language is a requirement, knowledge of another foreign language (preferably German) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Word at advanced level
  • Pleasant and communicative personality with representative behaviour
  • Team player with very good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
