Job description, responsibilities and duties

A strong candidate will offer several years in sales or business development area from various fields. Thorough attention to detail and effective communication and well tuned interpersonal skills, is important to be successed in this position. The specialist is given the opportunity to work independently, with the support of staff and management when needed.

  • Performs business activities
  • RE Representation
  • Determines acquisitions strategies and negotiates to acquire necessary real estate interests
  • Deals with inquiries regarding real estate activities
  • Understands and reacts appropriately to changes in market conditions and determines marketing strategy
  • Meetings and communication with potential and existing Tenants
  • Provide timely system updates and communicate effectively with all customers
  • Leading and organization of viewings
  • Preparation of lease conditions proposals
  • Lease conditions negotiation
  • Lease contract negotiation
  • CRM data inputting and update
  • Cooperation with Property Management and Project Management team
  • Budget fulfillment
