Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Responsible for financial strategy of the company
  • Financial management and motivation of the team
  • Supervision and auditing of accounting, tax systems and operations
  • Participates in management meetings
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial reports and analyzes for internal and external needs of the company
  • Coordination and supervision of financial controlling, cost controlling and optimization
  • Responsible for the preparation of the annual financial plan
  • Evaluates compliance with the annual plan and take decisions to achieve the plan
  • Responsible for the management and strategy in the field of IT
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors, banks, tax authorities and other institutions
  • Actively coordinate financing strategy with other affiliates, subsidiaries of the company
  • Cooperation with the CEO on different projects

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Active knowledge of English language is a requirement ( knowledge of French language is an advantage)
  • Relevant experience as CFO, Financial Manager
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and business thinking
  • Self-motivated, diligent and accurate working style
  • Analytical thinking
  • Innovative and creative ideas
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
