• The responsibility for recruiting and occupying positions for middle and senior management
• Organizing meetings with candidates, independent conducting selection procedures, language testing of candidates
• Administration linked with selection process
• Preparing candidates for business meetings, presentation of suitable candidates to the client
• Coordinating work of the team HR Assistants
• Working with a personal database and job sites
• Defining and publishing job positions
• Communication with candidates through social networks
• Working on HR projects for assigned clients
• Building relationships with clients
• Monitoring trends in the labor market
• Participation in business activities of the company
• Consulting services in the field of human resources
