Regional Commercial Trade Channel Manager (f/m)

Our customer is one of the worldwide leading and researching pharmaceutical companies. The
regional center in Vienna (RCV) supervises up to 30 countries in CEE plus Austria and
Switzerland. The regional organization is responsible for the coordination of the regional
markets. Currently the company is looking for a Regional Commercial Trade Channel Manager
(f/m) for the regional center in Vienna who is responsible for all RCV countries and acts as inhouse
consultant for his region improving existing processes and methods. The ideal candidate
shall mainly be located in Vienna.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new Commercial Trade Channel methods for all countries in your responsibility
- Develop and roll-out projects in your area as well as support company wide projects
- Act as an in-house consultant for all RCV countries and support with project management in regards to all Commercial Trade Channel initiatives and projects
- Analyze and implement best distribution approach for each country (“direct to pharmacy”, “direct to hospital” etc.)
- Improvement of processes within your region (i.e. tender process)
- Increase quality and reduce costs for Commercial Trade Channel Management
- Analyze existing Commercial Trade Channel approaches and tools and suggest improvements (i.e. consignment stores, vendor management solutions)
- Support of and cooperation with local Commercial Trade Channel teams
- Identification of new regional opportunities together with business development teams
- University degree in economics, natural sciences or similar
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or pharmaceutical company in Commercial Trade Channel Management
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent German or English skills, any other relevant language of advantage
- Combine a strategic mindset with hands-on attitude
- Dynamic, energetic person with flexible approach and a strong business drive
- Experience in cultural diverse environment
- Open and communicative person with decisive attitude
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50 %)
The salary package shall depend on the successful candidate’s experience. We are currently assuming a target salary of 80,000 - 110,000 EUR.
