Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- to promote, improve and optimize sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (more than 150 ) within Central and Eastern European countries
- establishing and maintaining relationships with potential pharmaceutical clients, identifying and targeting appropriate leads and scheduling appointments employing both calling and networking techniques
- active presence in conference, networking events and other sales activities
- improving results with optimization of margin and site added value coverage
- to visit customers, identifying and covering all business opportunities
- to optimize process of commercial actions and sales initiatives
- participating in contract negotiations with the Regional Director, support functions (controlling, quality assurance and regulatory affairs) and legal department
- to manage the commercial network including business administration
- to participate in commercial performance measurement to optimize results and to adjust commercial strategy
- directly reports to Regional Sales Director
- 50 % office, 50 % travelling
