Multi Channel Lead

- responsible for adapting and delivering ready-to-use local digital marketing elements/campaigns
- works with CE Cluster Multi Channel Lead and local BMs to deliver ready to use digital marketing elements, which allow, facilitate or improve interaction and communication with customers
- transforms concepts and blueprints into operational deliverables which are ready to use including technical deployment of the Content provided by CE Cluster or local BMs, advising on the ROI and optimal multi-channel mix
- coordination of multi-channel activities
- develops a strong network on local base to utilize effectively the existing digital resources
- monitors success and failure by appropriate KPIs and spreads the learning and the Know-how in the CE Cluster - utilizes successes, avoids duplication of failure
- continuously listens to the ‘voice of the customer’ and the ‘voice of the business’ to understand the needs and strategies that multichannel marketing can address and support
- reviews new technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to deliver the communication and business objectives more effectively
- builds Multichannel Marketing capability and insight across the business, inspiring and leading excellent implementation and execution of the Multichannel marketing mix
- be aware of trends and developments in the field of multichannel in the digital world and Pharma market in general and the ‘needs ‘ of our clients in the particular
- to make sure that local compliance and legal requirements are met in the area of multi-channel marketing
