Job description, responsibilities and duties
Maintaining and developing the relationships created with Agency's customers.
Respond to customer offer requested by e mail/fax/chat, designing special offers or price calculations respecting the company commercial policies and local commercial law.
Responsible for issuing the invoices to the clients
Make sure that all bookings are correctly
Translate all the documents from Slovak to Country Manager
Fulfill all the necessary papers for tenders
Participate to the tenders
Searching for new clients
Translate and loaded all offers on the website
