Job description, responsibilities and duties
Promote, sell, and secure reservations for a variety of travel services, including travel by air, bus, rail or ship, package tours, car rentals, hotel, and travel insurance.
· Plans travel itineraries for clients’ travel needs. Process requests for travel literature and brochures.
· Operate automated reservation and ticket system. Use preferred vendor websites and other supporting web based systems and functions.
· Maintain travel documents, invoices, and client files in accordance with local standards.
· Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.
