Job description, responsibilities and duties

Sales + Development
1. Cold Acquisition – ca. 40% working time
2. Key Account Management – ca. 30% working time - regular visits to all current active and pending companies.
3. Solving actual problems with customers
4. Special rates, SACP, FBP programs, Incentive contracts – negotiations with airlines and clients, common meetings and evaluations of the best suitable motivation programs for the client.
5. Tenders –preparation, negotiation, sales
6. Incentives – sales and corresponding administration, finding the location, preparing the program, meetings with clients, assistance during the incentives (if necessary).
7. Internet sites – updating the information – will be delegated to another person
8. Newsletter – monthly issued, per email sent to clients - will be delegated to another person.
9. Statistics – control of the statistics, evaluating the results and sending them to the clients with comments on it.
10. Communication with suppliers – hotels mainly, insurance company (ECP), airlines, IATA, Airplus...
11. Regular ‚breakfast meetings‘ in the Bratislava office – preparing the news and coordinating the information from GM
12. Marketing – preparing different marketing activities and sponzoring – might be delegated to another person
13. Employees – hiring, interviews /communication with recruitment agencies, preparing the contracts, personal development plans – might be left to GM
14. Global TMC local Champion – dealing with all the requirements from our TMC affiliations, implementing and supervising customers under global/regional umbrella; responsible for reporting according to each customer /TMC set up;
15. Development – responsible for the development of new lines of business, new chanells of distribution (leisure, resellers etc)
16. Representation – responsible for PFT representation amongst legal authorities, customers, suppliers etc

•5+ year’s professional experience in sales management and independent business unit handling.
•Travel executive background with management degree preferred
•Experience in strategic planning and execution.
•Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
•Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
