Čo u nás budete robiť:

TALENT ACQUISITION:
- Provide staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team(s), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent.
- Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.
- Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied via online job postings and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.
- Communicate and educate clients on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection.
- Participate in a client focused TA project that supports client's short and/or long term needs, goals, and/or AOP.
- Pro-activly building relationship with TA team in other BU, to make sure that all best practice are delivering locally.
- Ensure new hires are effectively on-boarded and given appropriate orientation.

HR GENERALIST:
- Provide general HR services for manufacturing area to ensure that activities of the employee lifecycle for the assigned area are executed on a high professional level.
- Ensure that activities of the employee lifecycle for the assigned department are implemented and executed on a high professional level. (Employment contracts, Notices, Changes).
- Execute, communicate and administrate HR policies and procedures in his/her territory.
- Administer compensation related initiatives.
- Support HR Manager in alignment with CHS strategy, practice and act as his deputy in his absence.
- Support HR Manager to align performance objectives and measures with AOP.

Koho hľadáme:

- Min 3 year experience in HR Generalist role.
- Professional experience, including high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professionals hires.
- Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data and find meaningful insights that can be addressed.
- Able to partner across the departments to implement a specific piece of work and track progress.
- Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration.
- Fluency in English language prefered.
