The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• monitoring property market within assigned area
• realisation of expansion plan according to set goals
• searching and initial verification of shopping premises according to PEPCO requirements
• negotiation of lease/rent terms and preparation of the contracts
• maintaining relation with local disposers
