As an Investment specialist you will be responsible for:
• Organising the process of adapting and furnishing commercial premises to meet PEPCO standards
• Organising renovation and construction work
• Supervising renovation and construction work
• Maintaining the technical infrastructure of PEPCO Stores mainly in Czech and sometimes in Slovakia

• Is knowledgeable in construction procedures
• Has good command of Excel
• Has had at least three years of work experience
• Speaks English at a communicative level (a necessary requirement)
• Holds a B category driving licence and is willing to travel frequently
• Is willing to work in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia (1 day in the month in Poland)
