ICT Solution Architect / Manager

Responsible for developing an optimal service, financial and operational solution leveraging existing / emerging solutions, customer specific development and third party services. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between all service blocks and components. Align and optimize operation model across various service blocks, business units, third party suppliers and a customer’s existing service management model. Ensure alignment and integration between customer and company´s security policies, compliance and business continuity requirements. Ensure clear delineation between company, customer and third party roles and responsibilities during contract life. Obtain solution design validation directly with technical architecture team, service delivery organizations and business units. Functional work activity covers development of technical architecture; operation model, service level agreements; overall solution costing; delivery planning; and offer elaboration inclusive of customer facing activates such as presentations and negotiations as required. Other tasks include:

• provide solution expertise in early engagements to shape customer expectation and RFPs upon sales request
• assess technical skills and the required personnel needed to complete the bid response within the engagement phase
• assess need for third party integration; identify appropriate partners and organize and vendor management requirements
• attend customer meetings to address technical queries; provide confidence and credibility to customer;
• engage and direct the technical subject matter experts team and ensure that all customer requirements (service levels, operation model, transformation) are incorporated within solution
• identify and manage the interdependencies with the standard and non-standard products and services
• identify and quantify cross functional risks and mitigation plan for the project risk register
• work with sourcing to mitigate SLA exposure with third party suppliers
• responsible for overall technical solution design including architecture, tools and processes; pricing utilizing standard domain tools; FTE sizing; transition and transformation planning; service level; service management process; risk assessment and security compliance; assumptions and caveats
• contribute to and attend final bid presentation to the customer
