Regional Learning & Development Manager

The People Development Business Partner supports the business by providing training insights, guidance and propositions to key business stakeholders and their assigned HRBP(s) The objective is to ensure that employees’ skills are developed to match the needs of the external customers.

• Work in partnership with the business in order to have an in-depth knowledge of their people development and learning requirements and propose development solutions in line with their strategy
• Ensure that global training solutions are consistent with regional and functional strategy and plans
• Produce yearly people development plan and organizational development strategy (including required budget allocation to support it) in collaboration with the business and HRBP, providing information, advice and services as required
• Whenever necessary, presents the PD&L process, services, and organization
• Identifies development opportunities for performance improvement
• Help the business identify development objectives and agree on best delivery methods
• Select internal or external service providers
• Design delivery plans (deliverables, estimated costs and schedules) in collaboration with the business
• Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development plans for their teams
• Produce communications plan in support of the implementation of the development plan and other development opportunities
• Ensure that Business Unit training budget is maximized
• As part of a global team, you will be required to lead or participate in key strategic projects for PD&L
