Specialist on the domain of international signalling for 3G/4G roaming

• You will take the leads, animate, and participate in workshop the signalling evolution
• Insuring the coordination and the management of the signalling networks implementation leading to TDM, SIGTRAN and LTE DIAMETER protocols.
• Managing the provisioning of the value added services associated to roaming services
• Realizing signalling technical feasibility studies taking into account customer expectations
• Insuring the follow-up and the availability of capacity resources of Signalling equipments
• Negotiation of End to End test document with mobile operators and draft the associated technical documents to be at the disposal of operations teams
• Writing routing and implementation work orders for operations teams and coordinate the follow up and take into account deadlines.
• Supporting sales people within the commercial division ( for new interconnexions, network evolution, Request for Proposal etc…)
• Coordinate and prepares annual major events impacting the network
