Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Upon request, can be involved in Bid qualification in support to the Deal Owner, starting after pre-qualification review
• Contributes to identification of customer drivers and unique selling points and bid strategy
• Contributes to analysis of feasibility/complexity and validity of bid opportunity
• Oversees preparation of business case outline, bid budget and estimate of skills and resourcing required for win strategy
• Initiates the Bid Dashboard and Bid project plan (including Bid response plan) and Quality plan
• Provides customer-focused leadership to bid response team; maintains motivation and commitment to win throughout bid lifecycle
• Manages the full bid response process and offer quality
• Acts as single point of contact with customer regarding formal bid communication to provide accurate audit of correspondence
• Maintains and monitors Bid project plan/dashboard; project manage accordingly (inputs/outputs);
• Organizes regular communication to management
• Organizes reviews in compliance with the bid process; follows-up subsequent actions for resolution
• Maintains bid documentation for subsequent handover
• Arrange client clarification meetings, workshops, qualify participants; ensure meeting preparation, de-briefs and bid re-assessment

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technical business unit of a professional services organization
• Solid understanding of network / network services and systems integration Proven track record in leading successful bid management for large infrastructure projects
• Experience in sales / project management / solution selling
• Experience dealing with systems and solution / system integration
• Ability to engage and partner with clients during development of a proposal
• Good understanding of outsourcing mechanisms and business
• Experience with Qvidian Content Management is advantage
