Job description, responsibilities and duties
Core of the job is to maintain and drive sales activities on nominated large European customer accounts. To be a focal point of contact for customers and account teams related. Drive Customer Satisfaction, accurate pricing, timely delivery leading to purchase order. Day to day job includes:
• Be focal point for customer requests and day-to-day activities in order to maintain and enhance strong customer relationships in pursuit of hardware and services sales
• Proactively seeking new opportunities to upsell ERS/IS products and services within the assigned accounts
• Identify and qualify revenue generating opportunities
• A single interface for managing customer quote requests in timely manner end to end to meet KPI’s and providing status
• Efficient support of account teams with IS expertise
• Maintains high standards of professionalism in line with Company policy
• Collaboration with vendors on key deals and to obtain preferential discounts, knowledge of vendor rebate and promotional programs
• Undertakes other tasks, which may be required to further Sales Process and exceed client expectations
• Maintain and increase customer satisfaction
