Unified Communications Solution Architect

• Working with clients to develop quality communications solutions in order to solve/ address a client’s new business requirements.
• Acting as client advocate and takes responsibility for solution architecture and design inclusive of the underlying technical architecture, service level agreements, overall solution costing, delivery planning and representation of that solution as required.
• Key technical interface providing support to the Sales group with the completion of customer solutions in order to expand business
• The solution architect will focus on Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Video, telephony related services and different UC applications (call accounting, recording, provisioning etc), Fix to mobile integration telephony ….
• Actively participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising with other colleagues as necessary.
• Present communication solutions to customers. Support the development of customer SLAs and Service Delivery Kits.
• Responsible for validating all non-standard elements in all proposals.
• Responsible for involving engineering department, support teams and other groups as required on complex technical projects.
• Develop technical and general skills towards the consultancy level and be updated on the latest technologies in order to be a strategic partner for customers
