Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Plans and directs the delivery of contracted business activities throughout the contract’s lifecycle.
• Accountable for establishing and maintaining a satisfactory long-term relationship with customer
• Managing customer expectations and contributing to full-cycle customer satisfaction feedback
• Accountable for providing information to his/her customer, by having regular customer service reviews, including functional overview report, statistics on service and responses to incidents.
• Proactive manages quality of services, pre-empt areas where potential issue could arise
• Actively identify up-sell opportunities so as to grow the accounts.
• Responsible for billing the services to customer according to billing

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Ideally 4-8 years of work experience in customer-facing organizations within IT security Industry
• Strong communicative and analytical skills are essential
• Language skills in English essential and a second language would be an asset
• Degree level or equivalent (Business or Science Degree) in Engineering / IT. ITIL Service Management. Foundation Ver. 3 desirable.
• Ability to deal effectively with all types of users
• Well organized with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Customer Service, Security and Project Management Experience
