Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We require someone to work in our office in Bratislava. The successful candidate will need to have good verbal and written English as there will be a need to translate company emails and documents from Slovakian to English. The successful candidate will need to have good computer skills and have a knowledge of all Microsoft programs. They must also be presentable as there will sometimes be client meetings to attend. They must have good time management skills and enjoy autonomy in a role. A knowledge of how to create invoices would be advantageous but not essential. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm but there will be a Possibility of working from home on occasions. Making contact with potential new clients as an introduction and sending company documents and information pack. Communicating via email and telephone with existing clients. Communication with accountant. Providing copies of invoices and purchase order to the accountant on a monthly basis by the given deadline. Occasional meetings with clients or owner of the company. Emailing stock offers and receipts as and when requested. Translation of letters and emails from Slovakian to English Keeping the office tidy and providing assistance for client meetings
